Cancelation Policy

Our clinic cancelation policy is 24 hours' notice to cancel an appointment. This time frame gives our clinic an opportunity to fill the spot with another patient. If cancelling with 24 hours' notice, there will be no charge for the missed appointment. However, we do charge a $25.00 fee per package number if you don’t want to lose your session and if you don't cancel your appointment 24 hours prior to your visit. This fee can be avoided if you simply follow the 24 hours' cancellation policy or if you decide you want lose your session and not pay the fine. The fine only has to be paid if you want to redeem your session.
